Comme chaque année, la SFNDT - Société Francophone de Néphrologie Dialyse et Transplantation - organise son Colloque Patients "Interactions Soignés-Soignants" le jeudi 17 octobre 2024 de 15h à 17h.

1ère partie : 15h-16h

 Mot d’introduction : Pr François Vrtovsnik 

15h00 : « Adaptation raisonnée des thérapeutiques (ART) » : Présentation des recommandations et de la méthodologie impliquant les patients-experts
